Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Inner Ping ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Membership
Inner Ping is a membership-based service. Access requires an approved application and active subscription. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke membership at our sole discretion. Membership is non-transferable.
3. Code of Conduct
Members agree to: treat all members with respect, not share WhatsApp group invite links outside the community, not spam or solicit in groups without context, maintain confidentiality of conversations (Chatham House Rule by default), and report any violations to the community team.
4. Payment & Billing
Memberships are billed annually through Stripe. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. After the guarantee period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Failed payments will trigger a 14-day grace period before membership suspension.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the dashboard, member directory, and WhatsApp group invite links. You must manually leave any WhatsApp groups.
6. Intellectual Property
Content shared within Inner Ping groups and events is the intellectual property of its respective authors. Inner Ping does not claim ownership of member-generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inner Ping facilitates connections but is not liable for the outcomes of any introductions, deals, or relationships formed through the platform. Members engage with each other at their own risk.
